A six-week onboarding built around your operation.
Not a generic install.
v1 of ORIS is being built with a small cohort of pilot partners. The pilot fee covers the full white-glove engagement: a private sandbox, secure connectors to your systems, bespoke domain agents, evaluation sets calibrated to your KPIs, and customizations specific to how you actually operate.
- Engagement Fee
- USD20,000
- Duration
- 6 weeks
- Cohort Size
- ≤ 6 partners
01 · What's included
Six things, delivered to production.
Private sandbox
An isolated ORIS instance provisioned for your organization. Single-tenant by default. No data crosses pilot boundaries.
Secure connectors
Read-only, scoped, encrypted connectors to your financial, CRM, communications, project, and IT systems. MCP-based, with credential rotation and audit logging from day one.
Bespoke agents
Domain agents tuned to your business — not a template library. Finance, sales, ops, IT, or whatever the seams of your operation actually require.
Evaluation sets
A curated set of operating questions calibrated to your KPIs. Used to measure agent quality before launch and as the regression suite for every change after.
White-glove customization
Direct access to the founders for the duration of the pilot. Schema work, query tuning, dashboard design, IC-ready output formatting — handled by the people who built ORIS.
Audit-ready by default
Every belief, action, and answer logged immutably from day one. IC-ready, regulator-ready, board-ready. Trust isn't asserted — it's shown.

IP
Bespoke agents and the eval suite built for you remain available to you under the production contract. The framework remains ours.
What it isn't
This isn't consulting and it isn't a free trial. It's a productized engagement to install a piece of operating infrastructure, with the founders on the line.
05 · Common questions
Asked by every serious partner.
- Why $20K? Couldn't I just hire a consultant?
- You could. You'd get a slide deck and a spreadsheet. The pilot fee installs working software in your operation, with a private sandbox, agents tuned to your business, and an evaluation suite that becomes your permanent regression baseline. The deliverable is operating infrastructure, not a report.
- Who is this for?
- Private equity firms running portfolio reviews, holding companies, family offices, multi-entity operators, franchise networks. Anyone who runs a complex operation across many systems and many entities, and who has already felt the cost of getting the wrong answer because the data wasn't queryable in time.
- How many partners are you taking?
- No more than six in this cohort. The pilot is genuinely white-glove — the founders are personally on every engagement. We're rate-limited by founder hours, not by software.
- What if our security team needs more than read-only?
- Read-only is the default and the right starting posture. If your team requires additional controls — VPN-only access, customer-managed keys, on-prem connectors — we'll scope that in week one. The pilot doesn't move forward until your security lead has signed off.
- What happens after week six?
- A decision point. Continue on production terms with 50% of the pilot fee credited, or off-board cleanly with your data returned and destroyed. We don't auto-convert and we don't lock you in.
- Can we see ORIS before committing?
- Yes. Email hello@first-oi.com and we'll set up a 30-minute walkthrough on a representative sandbox. No commitment.
